Pair the Touchpad Remote Control with Your Android TV

    The steps to pair your Touchpad Remote Control with your Android TV™ device vary depending on if the remote was supplied with your TV or if it was purchased as an optional accessory. Select the appropriate steps to pair your remote.

    Note:

    • To learn more about this remote, you can watch the tutorial that plays after successful pairing.
    • Pairing may have failed if the remote doesn't respond when you move your finger across the touchpad. If you experience this, repeat the pairing process.
    • If a message Unable to turn Bluetooth on due to an error appears on your TV, initialize the Touchpad Remote Control and repeat the pairing process. If the issue still occurs, the Touchpad Remote Control may require repair.  Go to Product Repair.
