If you're experiencing issues when using your Bluetooth® remote control or the Mic button/voice command function on your voice command remote control, this article provides information and steps for pairing your Bluetooth® remote control to help resolve the issue.
Notes:
- Depending on your model, a Bluetooth remote control is supplied and paired with the TV. At the time of shipment, the supplied paired remote control can't be used to operate other TVs. When checking the remote control operation, use the TV with which the remote control was supplied.
- If you replace your voice command remote control, the new remote must be paired again for voice search functionality.
- After updating your TV software, the remote may need to be paired again for voice search functionality.
- Pairing can fail if the battery level is too low. If so, replace the batteries with new ones before pairing them.
