Can't Hear the Cellular Phone Sound from the Speakers of My Car Stereo

Change the Ringtone Settings
If you can't hear the ringtone through the speakers of the Bluetooth® receiver, follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Set the ringtone to 2
- On your device, press the control dial to open the MENU.
- Rotate the control dial to select BLUETOOTH or SET BT.
- Press the control dial.
- Rotate the control dial to select RINGTONE.
- Press the control dial.
- Rotate the control dial to select 2.
- Press the control dial.
- Set the ringtone back to 1
- Press the control dial to open the MENU.
- Rotate the control dial to select BLUETOOTH or SET BT.
- Press the control dial.
- Rotate the control dial to select RINGTONE.
- Press the control dial.
- Rotate the control dial to select 1.
- Press the control dial.
IMPORTANT: Changing the ringtone settings back to 1 will reset it to factory settings.
Switch Call from Your Phone to the Car Stereo
If there's still no sound, press the MODE button on your device to switch the phone call audio between your cell phone and car stereo.
Note:
- This operation may not be available to all cell phones.
- If you pick up the phone using the call button on the cell phone, sound will come from the cell phone speaker. This is not a malfunction on your device but how the cell phone was designed.
