Repair for Camera with Multi Interface Shoe That Rattles
In rare cases, the Multi Interface Shoe on some ILCE-9 cameras may rattle when an external flash is attached and high pressure is applied.
To address this issue, subject to the terms and conditions in the Limited Warranty that came with your camera, we will repair your camera for free until March 31, 2022.
Affected models are ILCE-9 cameras with serial numbers between 3370001 and 3381733.
