The headset does not turn off
The headset does not have an ON/OFF power button. When you set the headset in the charging case, the headset automatically turns off and enters charging mode.
- If the battery power for the charging case has run out, the headset does not turn off automatically.
Hint
The headset turns off if it is both not on your ears and, while paused, not operated for about 5 minutes. Put both of the headset's units on your ears to turn it on.
