When connecting the INZONE Buds via Bluetooth with a device that does not support LE Audio, there is no sound, or no sound is heard from the Left unit even after being connected via the USB transceiver

If your device doesn't support LE Audio, you won't hear any sound from the headphones when connected via Bluetooth®. Even after disconnecting the Bluetooth connection, you still won't hear any sound from the left unit unless you initialize the headphones. Instead, you'll hear the voice guidance Bluetooth mode coming from the left unit.

If the issue occurs, follow these steps to initialize the headphones and connect with the device using the USB transceiver:

1. Initialize the headphones:
   1. Place the earbuds into the charging case.
   2. Leave the charging case open, press and hold the initialize button on the back for about 15 seconds or more. After about 15 seconds, the indicator on the charging case flashes in orange for about 5 seconds.
   3. Release the finger within 5 seconds after the indicator on the charging case starts flashing in orange. When the initializing is complete, the indicator flashes in green 4 times.
2. Connect with the device using the USB transceiver:
   1. Set the slide switch of the USB transceiver to the correct side (PC or PS5).
   2. Turn on the device.
   3. Connect the USB transceiver to a USB port of the device.
