Error: 1107, 2123, 3218, 5010 or 7003 appears during the network setup or when accessing internet content on the TV
These errors may appear on your TV due to reduced internet speed, an unstable network connection, a device that disconnects from the network, or temporary interruptions from your internet service provider (especially when using wireless LAN).
Check to see if the issue is resolved after each step. If model-specific information is needed to complete any step, check your manual.
Manuals are posted on your model support page.
Power reset your modem/router
A connection issue with your modem/router is often resolved after performing a power reset. If you have a separate modem and router, power reset both devices.
- Unplug the power to your modem/router and wait about 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power to your modem/router and make sure it's turned on.
- Wait until the device is finished making its connection to the internet and your network.
- Check your network status.
Check that the TV is connected to the internet
Follow the steps (A or B) that best represents your TV settings menu:
Steps A
- Press the HOME button on the remote control.
- Select Settings.
- Select Network Setup or Network, and then select Network Setup.
- Select View Network Status or View Network settings and status.
Steps B
- Press the HOME button on the remote control.
- Select Settings.
- Select System Settings.
- Select Set-up.
- Select Network.
- Select Network Setup or Network Set-up.
- Select View Network settings and status.
- If your internet connection fails, then perform the network diagnosis to troubleshoot your network and internet connection.
- If the connection diagnosis passes and you receive error messages, then a software update may be needed.
Power cycle the TV
- Turn off the TV and unplug the power cord.
- Connect the TV power cord and turn it on.
- For TVs manufactured on or before 2014, wait 5 minutes, then run Refresh Internet Content.
Check the following settings and usage environment
- Check the speed of the internet connection.
- If applicable, eliminate duplicate routers.
- The router allocates IP addresses to devices when connecting to the internet. If two routers are installed, duplicate IP addresses may be assigned, causing error codes. Suspend the function of one router or uninstall it, checking to determine if the situation improves.
- Check your network cable connections from the entry of the home to your TV.
