An error code or message is displayed while attempting to play a CD.
If an error message displays while trying to play a CD, there may be a problem with the disc you want to play or the unit may need to be reset. Follow these steps to try to resolve this issue:
- Turn off the unit.
- If applicable to your unit, unplug the AC power cord and/or remove any batteries for approximately 15 seconds.
- Plug the AC power cord back into a working AC outlet and/or reinsert fresh batteries.
- Attempt to play the disc again.
- If the issue still occurs, follow these steps to troubleshoot the CD .
If the issue is still unresolved after troubleshooting the disc, service may be required.
