Error: NO SIGNAL is displayed on the LCD panel.
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue:
- Press the OFF button to turn off the LCD panel.
- Ensure the video source is properly connected to the clock radio.
- If using an antenna or direct cable, ensure it is connected to the VHF/UHF jack [FIG. 1] .
- If using a cable or satellite set-top box, ensure it is connected to the VHF/UHF jack [FIG. 1] or Audio/Video (A/V) input jacks [FIG. 1] .
- If using a VCR, ensure it is connected to the VHF/UHF jack [FIG. 1] or A/V input jacks [FIG. 1] .
- If using a DVD or Laser Disc player, ensure it is connected to the A/V input jacks [FIG. 1]
- Ensure the video source device is turned on.
- Press the TV ON button to turn on the LCD panel.
- Tune the LCD panel to appropriate channel or video input.
- If using antenna or direct cable, simply tune the LCD panel to the desired channel for viewing.
- If the video source device is connected to the VHF/UHF jack only, tune the LCD panel to channel 3 or 4.
- If the video source device is connected to the A/V input jacks, press the TV/VIDEO button to tune the LCD panel to the VIDEO mode.
- If the NO SIGNAL error is still displayed, try the following:
- If using an antenna, adjust its position.
- Replace the cable between the video source device and clock radio.
- Connect a different video source device to the clock radio to see if the picture from other devices can be displayed.
NOTE: This step does not apply when using an antenna or direct cable.
NOTE: If the issue is still unresolved after completing the troubleshooting steps, service may be required .
