If a 360 Reality Audio video is sometimes interrupted on the Walkman®, the download speed of a 360 Reality Audio video in your wireless environment could be insufficient. Try the following:
- If the player and Bluetooth® headphones are connected with LDAC, change to a codec with a stable connection, such as SBC or AAC. Or, if the headphones can be connected by cable, connect the player and the headphones by cable.
- If the player and Wi-Fi® router are connected in the 2.4 GHz band, change to the 5 GHz band.
