I am getting an error when installing a Windows Update.

When installing a Windows Update, you might get any one of the following errors:

To fix these errors, download and install the System Update Readiness Tool for your operating system:

• Windows Vista (32 bit)
• Windows Vista (64 bit)
• Windows 7 (32 bit)
• Windows 7 (64 bit)

NOTES:

• You may have to temporarily turn off the Windows Firewall feature  in order to install the update.
