aibo's Head Is Down and the Neck Isn't Moving
Your aibo™ robotic companion may do this when it looks down and moves its head to search for something, such as its charging station. While aibo is searching, it may appear that its head is down and the neck isn't moving. This is normal operation. Wait a few moments and aibo will move its head and neck again.
Contact Customer Support if either of the following situations occur:
- aibo falls forward with its head down and stops moving.
- aibo repeatedly falls forward because the front paws don't support it.
