The Status LED Flashes Green and aibo Doesn't Move
Your aibo™ robotic companion may not move when it powers off or transitions to sleep mode, but if the status LED on the back continues to flash green and aibo doesn't move at all:
- Place aibo on a steady surface or leveled floor.
- On the back of aibo's neck, press and hold the power button for ten seconds or more to force it to shut off.
WARNING! aibo will collapse if you perform this step. Make sure to support aibo to avoid any damages.
- Press and hold the power button for two seconds.
- The status LED lights green and aibo turns on.
