How do I reset the password for the My aibo account?
- In the My aibo app sign-in page, select Trouble Signing In?.
- Select Reset your password.
- Enter your Sign-in ID, then select Send Email.
- An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.
- Open your email and click on the link.
- Verify your identity:
- Mobile phone
- Enter the verification code received as a text message.
- Security questions
- Enter the answer to a security question set up in advance.
- Date of birth
- Enter the Date of birth used when you registered aibo in the My aibo app.
- If you forgot the date you entered, Contact the Product Support team .
