How to reactivate my aibo to the Cloud account once it expires

    IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products and/or operating systems. Check Applicable Products and Categories for details.

    If your aibo™ cloud account has expired, you will need to reactivate your aibo to the associated cloud account.

    Notes:

    • Adding a different aibo will erase the previous aibo cloud data and it will be initialized as new.
    • If reactivating your aibo and data is still available, you may continue using the previous cloud data at the time of expiration.
    • If there has been a long period of time between activations, the cloud data may be deleted.

    To activate or reactivate your aibo™ to the aibo Cloud account, refer to these steps:

    1. Go to the aibo activation site.
    2. Click Sign In and log in to the site with your Sony account information.

      Note: You may need to enter a two-factor authentication code if prompted.

    3. Select the aibo listed or select Add a new aibo.
    4. Enter the Serial Number, Product key, Activation code, and your Zip Code.

      Note: Select the information icon to locate the Serial Number, Product key, and Activation code on your aibo if needed.

    5. Select Add.

    Your aibo will now be activated and added to the aibo Cloud.
