How to reactivate my aibo to the Cloud account once it expires
IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products and/or operating systems. Check Applicable Products and Categories for details.
If your aibo™ cloud account has expired, you will need to reactivate your aibo to the associated cloud account.
Notes:
- Adding a different aibo will erase the previous aibo cloud data and it will be initialized as new.
- If reactivating your aibo and data is still available, you may continue using the previous cloud data at the time of expiration.
- If there has been a long period of time between activations, the cloud data may be deleted.
To activate or reactivate your aibo™ to the aibo Cloud account, refer to these steps:
- Go to the aibo activation site.
- Click Sign In and log in to the site with your Sony account information.
Note: You may need to enter a two-factor authentication code if prompted.
- Select the aibo listed or select Add a new aibo.
- Enter the Serial Number, Product key, Activation code, and your Zip Code.
Note: Select the information icon to locate the Serial Number, Product key, and Activation code on your aibo if needed.
- Select Add.
Your aibo will now be activated and added to the aibo Cloud.
