Where can I purchase an activation code?
You can purchase an activation code at the aibo store. The activation code is sent by email after it's purchased.

Can I use an activation code many times?
Once a code is used to renew an aibo AI Cloud Plan, that code can no longer be used.

Do activation codes expire?
An activation code must be used within 12 months.

Is it possible for an aibo owner account to be separate from the account that was used to purchase the activation code?
No problem, because the aibo owner account is whichever account you use to log in to the activation site.

Can I renew an aibo AI Cloud Plan that has expired?
On the activation site, aibo's name will continue to be displayed within a certain period of time after the expiration date. As long as the aibo's name is shown in the list, you can renew the plan for that aibo.

I can't renew my aibo AI Cloud Plan because my aibo's name is not displayed in the list of aibos on the activation site.
If your aibo's name is not posted on the activation site, the renewal period has ended. In this case, you need to create a new contract. To create a new contract, go to the activation site and press the Add a new aibo button, and then enter your serial number and product key.
