    Are there conditions for using the ON/OFF settings for the function for backing up facial recognition data to the cloud?
    All of the following conditions must be met.
    • aibo's system software: Version 5.50 or later
    • My aibo app: Version 5.5.0 or later
    • aibo is destined for the U.S.
    Is aibo Patrol information lost by turning off the function for backing up facial recognition data to the cloud?
    Registered information for Person of Interest, Patrol Time, and any existing Patrol Reports contained within aibo Patrol information will disappear.
    If I send aibo in for repairs, will aibo forget the information about faces previously remembered?
    If the function for backing up facial recognition data to the cloud is turned off, the information about remembered faces will disappear after the repair.
