Sensor not showing up in mocopi app

Can't connect sensor on mocopi app

    Follow these troubleshooting steps.

    • Make sure that Bluetooth® on your smartphone is turned on.
    • If the sensor's battery level is low, charge it with the charging case.
    • If there is a device that uses radio waves in the 2.4 GHz band, such as a microwave oven nearby, keep away from that device.
    • When using Wi-Fi® nearby, connect to the 5 GHz band Wi-Fi instead of the 2.4 GHz band.
