Can't connect sensor on mocopi app
Follow these troubleshooting steps.
- Make sure that Bluetooth® on your smartphone is turned on.
- If the sensor's battery level is low, charge it with the charging case.
- If there is a device that uses radio waves in the 2.4 GHz band, such as a microwave oven nearby, keep away from that device.
- When using Wi-Fi® nearby, connect to the 5 GHz band Wi-Fi instead of the 2.4 GHz band.
