Check the following
- Check whether your PC meets the recommended specifications. Check here for recommended specifications.
- Check if any high-load applications are running in the background of your PC.
- If you are using IP communication, please make sure that your network has sufficient transfer speed.
- Make sure that there is no environment where sensor communication becomes unstable.
- Sensor communication may become unstable in areas with devices that emit radio waves (microwave ovens, electronic devices, etc.) or in open areas.
- If you use Wi-Fi® nearby, connect to Wi-Fi in the 5GHz band instead of the 2.4GHz band.
