HT-AX7 speaker doesn't charge
To ensure that the HT-AX7 charges properly, you need to use a USB PD (Power Delivery) AC adapter that has a minimum capacity of 45 W. If you use any other commercially available AC adapter (such as a cell phone adapter), it will not provide the power required, and you may experience the following issues:
- No power
- The main unit may not charge
- The speakers may not charge
- You may face Bluetooth® connection issues, such as connection or pairing failures
- The Sony | Home Entertainment Connect app may not detect or recognize the HT-AX7.
Check the following
- Use the supplied USB Power Delivery AC adapter [B] and USB Type-C cable [A] to charge the main unit and speakers.
Note: If the supplied USB PD AC adapter is lost or misplaced, replacements are available for purchase.  Go to Parts and Accessories.
- Make sure that the USB Type-C cable is firmly connected to the DC IN port on the front speaker.
