Does the Sony 4K Ultra HD Media Player work with 4K TVs from other manufacturers?

Connecting the FMP-X1 4K Ultra HD Media Player to a Sony® 4K Ultra HD TV is recommended and supported. However, the FMP-X10 4K Ultra HD Media Player will work with other HDCP 2.2 compliant 4K Ultra HD TVs.

NOTES:

• The FMP-X1 4K Ultra HD Media Player is only compatible with Sony 4K Ultra HD TVs.
• The FMP-X1 4K Ultra HD Media Player does not work with the Android™ TVs .
