The brightness of the backlight changes after performing a software update on the Android TV.

Due to the differences in the initial setting values for each software update of the Android™ TV, the backlight and Brightness setting may change after performing the update. To adjust the Brightness setting, follow the steps below.

1. On the supplied IR remote control, press the HOME button.
2. Under the Settings category, select Settings.
3. Under the TV category, select Display.
4. Select Picture.
5. Select Brightness.
6. Adjust the Brightness setting to your preferred brightness.
