Can't change the TV channel with the Amazon Alexa device

- Make sure that you can change the channel using the supplied TV remote.
- Make sure that your TV is able to scan and broadcast the channel.
- Check if the Amazon Alexa™ enabled device recognizes your voice correctly.
Note: You can also use the Amazon Alexa app on a mobile device to check how the device recognizes your voice commands.
