Perform a Network Diagnosis
Your TV can perform a network and connectivity diagnosis, which can help you pinpoint your issue. Please try the following:
Note: For X75H, W8, X7, XR-W830K, and XR-X75K series TVs, a network diagnosis is not available. As an alternative, refer to the Android TV/Google TV Wi-Fi signal drops or intermittently disconnects. article.
- Open the Settings screen
- If the remote control has a Quick Settings button: Press the Quick Settings button → Settings.
- If the remote control does not have a Quick Settings button: Press the HOME button → Settings.
- Select Internet Network or Network.
- Select Advanced settings.
Note: If Advanced settings is not shown, skip this step. - Select Network status.
- Select Check Connection.
- Select Yes on the Do you want to check the connection? screen.
- When the diagnosis process is finished, the connection results will be displayed and the three items displayed in the connection results provide information about the network connection status.
Note: The following are examples of displayed connection results:- Cable connection: OK
- Local access: Failed
- Internet access: Failed
Which connection result is displaying?

Wireless connection diagnosis shows all accesses failed. (Failed/Failed/Failed)

Wireless Device is found but Local Access and Internet Access failed. (found or OK/Failed/Failed)

The TV is connected to the local wireless network but not to the Internet (found or OK/OK/Failed)

The TV cannot access an Internet video content even if though it is connected to the internet.

All connections diagnosis are displayed as OK, but I still have an issue. (found or OK/OK/OK).
