Perform a Network Diagnosis

    Your TV can perform a network and connectivity diagnosis, which can help you pinpoint your issue. Please try the following:

    Note: For X75H, W8, X7, XR-W830K, and XR-X75K series TVs, a network diagnosis is not available. As an alternative, refer to the Android TV/Google TV Wi-Fi signal drops or intermittently disconnects. article.

    1. Open the Settings screen
      • If the remote control has a Quick Settings button: Press the Quick Settings button → Settings.
      • If the remote control does not have a Quick Settings button: Press the HOME button → Settings.
    2. Select Internet Network or Network.
    3. Select Advanced settings.
      Note: If Advanced settings is not shown, skip this step.
    4. Select Network status.
    5. Select Check Connection.
    6. Select Yes on the Do you want to check the connection? screen.
    7. When the diagnosis process is finished, the connection results will be displayed and the three items displayed in the connection results provide information about the network connection status.
      Note: The following are examples of displayed connection results:
      • Cable connection: OK
      • Local access: Failed
      • Internet access: Failed
