Perform a Network Diagnosis

    Your TV can perform a network and connectivity diagnosis, which can help you pinpoint your issue. Try the following:

    1. Open the Settings screen
      • If the remote control has a Quick Settings button: Press the Quick Settings button → Settings.
      • If the remote control does not have a Quick Settings button: Press the HOME button → Settings.
    2. Select Network & Internet or Network.
    3. Select Advanced settings.
      Note: If Advanced settings are not shown, skip this step.
    4. Select Network status.
      Note: If the Network status option is not shown, proceed to the Steps without performing a network diagnosis step.
    5. Select Check Connection.
    6. Select Yes on the Do you want to check the connection? screen.
    7. When the diagnosis process is finished, the connection results will be displayed, and the three items displayed in the connection results provide information about the network connection status.
      Note: The following are examples of displayed connection results:
      • Cable connection: OK
      • Local access: Failed
      • Internet access: Failed
