The Soundscape app doesn't connect to my headphones or work properly

    Follow the steps according to your issue.

    Notes:

    • The Microsoft Soundscape app for iOS™ is no longer available for download per a Microsoft policy change that went into effect on August 30, 2023. Please refer to the Microsoft website for more information.
    • The Soundscape app is only supported for use with iOS. It is not supported for use with the Android™ OS.

    The Soundscape app doesn't work correctly, or sound is heard from another direction

    • Perform the Spatial Sound Optimization:
      1. Open the Sony | Headphones Connect app, select the Services tab, and enable the Service Link setting again.
      2. Select Settings next to the desired app, and then perform the Spatial Sound Optimization.
      Note: When performing the Spatial Sound Optimization, hold the mobile device with both hands and look straight forward toward the device. Don't look down toward the device, or the headphones may not analyze correctly, and the optimization might go wrong.
    • The headphones may not be adequately fitted. Remove and refit the headphones and try again. Use the How to find the best ear fitting supporters and replace them if needed article for reference.

    I can't connect my headphones to the Soundscape app

    Follow these steps to set up the Soundscape app:

    1. Open the Sony | Headphones Connect app, select the Services tab, and enable the Service Link setting again.
    2. In the Services tab, select Settings next to Soundscape, and then, follow the on-screen guidance to enable the Service Link, measure the Spatial Sound Optimization, and launch the Soundscape app.

    3. In the Soundscape app, tap the (Menu) icon, and then select Head Tracking Headphones.
    4. Tap Connect Headphones, and select Sony LinkBuds.
    5. Select LE-xxxxx, and then follow the on-screen guidance to complete the setup.
