Why can't I use an app?
Valid for
- Android™ 9 or higher
When you install an app from the Google Play™ store on a device, you control what capabilities or information the app can access. For example, the app may not prompt for permission during installation and only alerts you when the app needs access.
An app might want permission to see your device contacts. If you don't allow the app to use your contacts, the app might not work. Turn it on and allow permissions to in-app settings to enable the app to work.
