aibo Frequently Stops and the Status LED Flashes Red Eight Times
Your aibo™ robotic companion may pause or stop working and the status LED blinks eight times due to high internal temperature.
If this occurs, follow these steps:
- Press and hold the power button for two seconds to turn aibo off.
- Place aibo in a cool location for about one hour to lower the temperature adequately.
