Notes:
- When you're playing HDR video games and using an HDMI® input on your TV, make sure you select the appropriate HDMI input on your TV.
- Before performing these steps, make sure your Android TV™ or Google TV™ has the latest software version installed.

The method for reducing input lag for games varies. Follow the steps for your model:
For BRAVIA 9 (XR90), BRAVIA 8 (XR80), BRAVIA 7 (XR70), A95L Series:
Set Content type to Game.
- On the remote control, press the spanner (Quick Settings) button.
- Select Content type.
- Set to Game.
Notes:
- In the case of applications that prioritize lip-sync, the setting may have little or no effect.
- Games that use HDMI input will always put you in low-latency mode if you set the Content type to Game.
For Google TVs except BRAVIA 9 (XR90), BRAVIA 8 (XR80), BRAVIA 7 (XR70), A95L Series:

For models that support the 3D surround function, turn off the 3D surround on the TV.
Notes:
- When you finish setting up the 3D surround function, it's displayed on the Quick Settings menu. If the 3D surround option is not shown in the Quick settings menu, skip this step.
- When you turn the 3D surround off, the sound is heard from the TV speakers and Neckband speakers or headphones.
- On the supplied remote control, press the (Quick Settings) button.
- Select 3D surround.
- Set to Off.

Turn on the TV's Game mode.
- On the remote control, press the (Quick Settings) button.
- Select Settings.
- Select Display & Sound → Picture → Picture mode → Game.

Set the A/V Sync option on your TV to Auto.
Note: If the A/V sync option is not shown in the menu, skip this step.
- On the remote control, press the (Quick Settings) button.
- Select Settings.
- Select Display & Sound — Audio output.
- The next steps will depend on your TV menu options.
- Select Audio system settings → A/V sync → Auto.
- Select A/V sync → Auto.
For Android TV models released after 2016 except W8D/ W9D/ X93D/ X94D/ X85D series:
For Android TV models released in 2015 and W8D/ W9D/ X93D/ X94D/ X85D series:

For HDR video games:
Turn off the Motionflow option on your Android TV.
- Press the ACTION MENU button on the remote control.
- Select Picture or Picture adjustments.
- Select Advanced settings.
- Under Motion, select Motionflow.
- Select Off.

For other video games:
Turn on your Android TV's Game mode.
- Press the HOME button on the remote control.
- Select Picture or Picture adjustments → Picture mode → Game.
