Sony has established the "Grievance System for Sony Group Electronics Supply Chain'' ("Form") for relevant stakeholders in the electronics supply chain, including manufacturers and suppliers of parts, raw materials, manufacturing equipment, etc., their employees, and other related parties.

1. Scope

   Submission of grievances regarding the following issues in the Sony Group's electronics supply chain:

   • 1) Any violations or possible violation of the "Sony Supply Chain Code of Conduct"
   • 2) Any violations or possible violation of the "Sony Group Policy for Responsible Supply Chain of Minerals"

   Examples:

   • Grievances regarding working conditions such as forced labor, child labor, discrimination, etc.
   • Grievances related to workplace health and safety such as inadequacies in disaster response plans, the existence of risks that could cause serious personal accidents, etc.
   • Environmental grievances such as serious environmental pollution, etc.
   • Grievances related to the circumstances of mineral extraction, trade, handling and export in conflict affected areas and high-risk areas: contribution to conflicts, human rights violations, etc.

   Please refrain from reporting false allegations or reporting for wrongful purposes such as slander, intimidation, or obstruction of business (hereinafter referred to as "Wrongful Report'').

2. How to report a grievance
   Grievances may be submitted by using the Form on this website. If you are aware of any of the issues above, please submit them with specific information. In order to confirm more detailed facts, please clearly state the reporter's name and e-mail address to the extent possible.
3. Response
   Submitted grievances will be received by an organization that is not directly involved in the matter and will be investigated. If corrective actions are necessary as a result of the investigation, we will take reasonable corrective action as appropriate.
   Please note that the result will not be provided individually unless Sony deems it necessary.
   Sony Group will not adversely treat reporters of grievances based on the report, unless it is a Wrongful Report.
4. Handling of personal information
   Sony shall handle the submitted information and the personal information about the reporter, such as the company name and personal name, as strictly confidential and use such information only for the purpose of investigating this matter.
