Tokyo Rainbow Pride 2024 Sponsorship and Exhibition

The location of the Sony booth has been set at "Red" area - No.27.
Sony Group Corporation will sponsor and exhibit in Tokyo Rainbow Pride 2024 to be held from Friday, April 19th to Sunday, April 21st. This will be our 8th year of participation and employees will also be volunteering to join in the parade.
The Sony Group has adopted "Diversity" as one of its Values, and as part of this respects gender, gender identity, and sexual orientation. Sony promotes the creation of workplaces in which LGBTQ+ employees can be themselves and work safely in each country and region.
In Japan, the Sory Group is engaged in the following activities.
- Employees who have same-sex partners are treated in the same way as colleagues in heterosexual common-law marriages
- Reasonable considerations is given to transgender employees
- Training and other educational activities for employees
- Operation of the Allies Network
- Deliver message to society
Both the internal and external efforts to support LGBTQ+ employees and the community were evaluated according to the PRIDE Index of the general incorporated association "work with Pride", leading 20 Sony group companies, including Sony Group Corporation to be awarded with a Gold or Silver certification.
Tokyo Rainbow Pride 2024 Exhibition Information
The Sony Group booth (image)The Sony Group's booth has prepared a Digital Photo Studio where visitors can take photos with rainbow-colored filters and receive their photo data with a digital frame that's decorated with characters relating to the Sony Group.
Also the entertainment robot "aibo" will be displayed, and visitors' impressions will be displayed by using "Digital Yosegaki" (digital message display).
On Saturday, April 20th and Sunday, April 21st, Sony Interactive Entertainment mascot character Toro and the PostPet™ character Momo will be greeting visitors outside the booth.
The Sony Group will also be handing out Tokyo Rainbow Pride 2024 limited edition novelties, so definitely come and see us at the venue.
