Salary

Base Pay (One-twelfth of the Base Pay will be paid as monthly amount each month)

Doctor:\5,1000,000- (\425,000-/month)
*The amounts listed on the above are standard and may be set on an individual basis depending on expertise, experience, etc.
Mater:\4,800,000 (\400,000/month)
Bachelor:\4,300,000 (\358,334/month)
Associate degree:\4,000,000 (\333,334/month)

*Scheduled for FY2024
*Base Pay includes fixed overtime allowance (equivalent to 45 hours/month); additional allowance will be paid for overtime work in excess of 45 hours/month on weekdays, Late-night work and Holiday work.
*Other allowances: Commuting allowance, Emergency call allowance, Year-end and New Year allowance

Bonuses Once a year; June
Salary Review Under the Job Grade system, compensation is reviewed based on the individual's roles and performance, not seniority.
It will also be revised on an ad hoc basis if there is a significant change in roles.

Working Hours 7 hours and 45 minutes (Standard work time: 9:30-18:15)
A monthly flextime system is available that lets employees choose their work start/end times
Holidays and Leave Company Holidays (131 days in 2024):complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays, individual holidays, SIE Group Global Wellness Leave(summer holidays and new year holidays), etc.
Annual paid leave (15 days in the first year, up to 24 days)
Other special leave (wedding vacation, bereavement leave, childcare leave, leave that can be used for nursing care or infertility treatment, etc.)
